After years of visiting tearooms in the United States and the British Isles,
sisters Elizabeth and Mary Jane are pleased to offer quality gifts and afternoon tea at My
Grandmother’s Teapot.
Our introduction to tea began many years ago with our Welsh grandmother, Gee. It was Gee
who instilled in us a pride of all things Welsh and a love for drinking tea. In light of
this, the name of our business was an easy choice.
It is our hope you will come to the Adamsville General Store and experience a delightful
afternoon consisting of a specially prepared menu, cups and cups of delicious premium tea,
and a quiet moment in a noisy world. And to top it all off, you may have the pleasure of
selecting a unique gift in our shop – perhaps a fine English teapot or a pair of
teapot earrings. What better way to spend an afternoon? What more could anyone ask
